Sense Sonnet - Acher

 Go to Sleep

Take you back to Eden you plead,

A grieving vessel empty of

All the good in you once indeed,

Especially fulfilled with love.

But then like a moth to the fire,

You flew unthinking of what cost

Awaited your due payment dire,

And when you paid, then you were lost.

Now from the bottom where you fell

You scream to be taken back to

The bliss of Eden from your hell.

But first there's something you need do.

You need do searching your soul deep,

And come to peace and go to sleep.
