Sense Sonnet - Pumper

 Stormbound

The clouds roll quickly from the west,

First white, then grey, then greyer still.

Unprotected, I know it's best

To seek shelter, or soon I will

Be feeling all this storm will bring.

But my mind is set in a trance

Under the dark clouds, fulfilling

With flash and rumble their fast dance

Across the sky and over me.

I feel first raindrops on my face,

But still I stay where I do be,

Sole audience in time and place.

Watch and hear this moving art form,

Caught spellbound to weather this storm.
