Sense Sonnet - Acher

 Poetry for My Darling

For my darling I strive to be

His favorite poet at night.

A well versed satisfier, me,

My poetry brings us delight.

With flirtatious foreplay at first,

And then do my poetic stuff.

Again repeat, I am well versed,

My darling cannot get enough

Of rhythmic poetry I turn

Into such pleasure we both share,

Bringing to a climax the yearn

To stay forever tangled pair.

Nightly in bed is couplet time

When both of us do come to rhyme.
