 Prayer for Ukrainians

Ukrainians, I pray that you,

Who live and die for freedom's worth,

Will keep up the courage to do

The good fight for your place on Earth.

From my safety far, far away,

I watch all of you sacrifice

So much in now for come what may.

I watch you pay such heavy price.

I wish that I could do much more

Than just give heartfelt words of praise.

You're caught up in a mad man's war,

Fighting so hard his evil ways.

Ukrainians, God help you be

Warriors with will to remain free.
