"What the heck is this?" I do ask.
Some kind of enrichment thing that
The keepers keep me in hmmm task,
As I find in my habitat.
Here at home in Lincoln Park Zoo,
This polar bear learned long ago
That this is what the humans do -
Make stuff to enrich my day, so
While the humans are looking on,
I pick up this human made gift
With my paws, and then pounce upon
And shred to pieces in short shrift.

Somewhere in this enrichment pack
Should be a treat on which to snack.
