The sketch into a later work,
The "Mona Lisa" to beguile.
There is a theory that does lurk -
The same model with the same smile,
And other similarities
Which may or may not be proved fact.
Of course the art world likes to tease
Da Vinci was in on this act.

If proved da Vinci, then who knows
Why the model put on some clothes?
