Blue Egg

Some fossilized eggs have been found,
Laid by ostrich like dinosaur,
Of a blue hue  that does astound
Dinosaur "egg"-sperts even more,
Who had assumed such eggs white were,
Considered such discussion done.
The "egg"-sperts were so very sure,
But a blue egg - such news does stun!
And now of course the hunt is on
For dino eggs of other hues,
Perhaps even to come upon
A speckled egg - that would be news!
