Roar Reason - LP Zoo

I often roar - oh yes I do.
For this lion - an easy task,
Show biz at the Lincoln Park Zoo.
Why is he roaring? Humans ask.
Be I happy or be I sad?
All humans listen to this guy.
Be I amused or be I mad?
Keep the humans wondering why.
And so I open up real wide,
And let out each roar with smooth ease,
Ever for me a sense of pride.
Humans are so easy to please.

Oh yes I do - I often roar,
Cuz humans keep asking for more.
