I am Mruko, my record - guess,
Oldest cat at Lincoln Park Zoo,
26 years and counting, yes,
A purrfect catalog tale - true!
I'm a serval female feline,
In the Lion House, south east end.
The humans here do treat me fine.
To all my daily needs, they tend.
Though I cat nap most of the day,
Like a kitten, I still can act,
When excitement does come my way.
I'm living it up - that's a fact.

If cat's nine lives there truly be,
Then I'll be here next century.
