Sense Sonnet - Steamer

Fishing Hole

A family had lost a son,
An 18 year old unarmed black,
Killed by a white policeman's gun.
The media went on fast track,
To stir up all the drama 'round,
Spewed by the leftie/rightie mix,
To color any truth be found.
Justice be spun by politics.
Nothing is ever black and white,
That the more red makes for more green.
Making money - all's left, all's right,
Catching the public 'twixt and 'tween.

The media fishing playbook,
Keep race bait wiggling on the hook.
