Sense Sonnet - Pumper

Carcass is Served - LP Zoo

This vulture has got the good life,
Home here at the Lincoln Park Zoo.
Getting a bite to eat - no strife.
Cuz that's what the Zoo keepers do,
Waiting on me, talon and beak,
With unthawed carcasses of rats,
A red meat diet so to speak,
Full of cholesterol and fats.
My kind that are out in the wild
Have to spend time and energy
Getting a carcass plan compiled.
I just perch and food comes to me.

I am spoiled by the Zoo culture,
Not a real hard working vulture.
