Anti Bush was his strategy,
Including the disengagement
From hawkish foreign policy.
Obama won not once but twice,
So most of We the People chose
To power down and risk the price.
History changes - the world knows.
Allies split up post World War II,
Commies versus anti commies,
Cold wars, hot wars as powers do.
Powers recycled enemies.

If and when World War III does end,
Who will be U.S. foe or friend?
