Have Not Have...?

Throughout history of mankind,
The fewer haves have gamed the way
To keep the have nots of a mind
That maybe they'll be haves one day.
And all the while, the haves take more,
And make the have nots do with less,
Till revolution takes the fore
And turns the norm into a mess.
A U.S. revolution is
Becoming more likely 'twill be,
When all the entitlements biz
Dries up and have nots blame haves - gee!

The haves will give up all - they must.
Can't take all when haves bite the dust.
