Gambling gambler, Jimmy the Greek,
Did picks in the sports with the stats.
But intangibles he would seek
That gave a winning edge - congrats!
Such a gut instinct served him well,
Till he let it go to his head.
Sometimes best let gut feelings dwell
Unshared intangibles instead.
On Martin Luther King's birthday,
He shared that athletes who were black
Were better cuz were bred that way
By white slave owners, going back.

Too bad Jimmy's feeling of gut
Could not at times keep his mouth shut.
