In this age there is instant news,
We the People just need a screen,
Confident media pursues
Any and all of a crime scene.
The media powers that be
Are ever vying to compete,
Presenting what we hear and see,
So that we march to their drumbeat.
A mass shooting is always ripe
With multi angled shows and tells.
But some shootings just get more hype,
Cuz some spilt bloods just better sells.

Get too little, too much - no blame,
Tiz now the nature of the game.
