Race to Judgement

President Obama can bring
Up race because he has that right,
But does he do it right's the thing,
Or does he just provoke more fight?
There are plenty who do race bait,
And relish any chance to fuel
The never dying fires of hate.
The President becomes a tool
Of such race baiters, when by choice,
Before all of the facts are in,
He boosts race buzz with his big voice,
That media reports, with spin.

There's nothing wrong talking of race,
But there's a right way, time and place.
