The old horse pranced to Broncos land,
Expecting more big bucks galore,
That behooves a famed throwing hand,
But that those Colts wanted no more.
This prob'ly means a trade away
Of the young pony full of prayer.
But he's got many years to play
As maybe Dolphin or as Bear.
The old horse has spirit to try
To gallop again to the goal
That the world will measure him by -
Winning again the Super Bowl.

The old horse knows that time runs short.
That's just the nature of the sport.
