Etch - A - Sketch

I've been around a long, long while,
A bit squarish around the world,
But all the people love my style,
Letting their sketchings be unfurled.
Some have taken me to an art.
See me hang out in museums.
Pretty good for one who did start
As a playmate for kids all thumbs.
The Mona Lisa has been on me.
Guiness records with me are set.
But I'm still simple as can be.
Come grab me if we haven't met.
