Odds Good for Bad

To bomb the U.S. Capitol,
Willing to commit suicide,
But foiled by agents federal
Who stung the bomber as he tried.
This bomber to be did not seem
Too bright, and gave himself away
To others as he hatched his scheme.

Will have the wits and luck to do
