Big government just never learns
That banning stuff is just a joke.
The gambling passion ever churns
Even in ordinary folk.
State lotteries do prove the fact
That gov can profit from the vice.
Make all gambling a legal act
And cash rolls in like rolling dice.
The morality argument -
Gov lost on that one long ago.
By the example gov has sent,
Immorality runs the show.

The more legal gambling success,
The more gov makes on the crimeless.
