There are some cultures that believe
That mental toughness must include
Resolve that desire to achieve
Is more than just right attitude.
Lives depend upon one's success.
It matters not to what degree.
An organization is less
When one fails in what needs to be.
So failure must be consequenced
By paying the ultimate price.
So others will be better convinced,
Nothing about failure is nice.

A matter of honor and pride,
Failure followed by suicide.
