Pilot Error

The jet plane crashed. All aboard died.
The black box was recovered, so
From it investigators tried
To get some what happened info.
It started when traffic control
Could get no response from the plane.
Radio silence as a whole
Was quite difficult to explain.
Then the flight missed its landing site,
And flew on AWOL, so to speak.
Something with the plane was not right.
It crashed into a mountain peak.

Both pilots have to get the blame,
Absorbed in a computer game.
