Dear Santa, You're busy I know.
I am writing to ask you please
To skip gifts to me this year, so
There's more for other families.
Lot's of parents just like my Dad
Are out of work and can't find jobs.
Most of the stories are real sad.
It seems bad luck comes by the gobs.
I'm writing down my new address,
And I just want you to know that
Your coming here would really bless
This shelter that we now live at.

Lots of kids here have less than me.
