Uncivil Disobedience

I took it very personal
When the ticket came in the mail.
The whole thing was a bunch of bull,
An unAmerican betrayal.
Caught on film running a red light,
By a camera bolted there,
Violated the driver's right
To beat the cop catch fair and square.
It's another Big Brother aim
To force the citizen to be
Helpless in the ongoing game -
Pay up in the name of safety.

I shot that snoop box with my gun.
I fought the law and the law won.
