A hospital setting is where
I too often find myself in.
It is not my choice to be there.
I'm just under somebody's skin,
Who unknowingly gives the chance
For me to find the perfect host,
Where I can do my song and dance,
And spread my misery the most.
Hospitals seek to help the ill,
But often are careless in how
Safeguards are used to keep me still.
I only thrive as some allow.

I am a germ where the sick stay.
Perhaps I will kill you today.
