Family Man

The man is caught in a sex sting,
In a men's room in an airport.
Then the man pleads guilty, thinking
That there will be no news report.
The man is a politician,
Serving in an elected post.
His public career is soon done,
As the story goes coast to coast.
Humiliation and disgrace
Go forever with this man's name.
No matter what the time or place,
This man will ever be in shame.

For me, it's more than just too bad.
The man happens to be my Dad.
