 My Menopause

Signs and symptoms came and I knew

I was going through menopause.

My child birthing days were now through.

Just a matter of age the cause.

Knowledge of menopause I had

Gotten ahead of time, so my

Mind prepared for the symptoms bad,

Hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, I

Went through them all as best I could,

Reassuring my family

That over time, all of us would

Have back done with menopause me.

The doctor prescribed pills to take

To calm Hubby for both our sake.
