For one desperate scribe to do.

In Middle Ages, the scribe was

A monk who had broke his vows, and

To escape his death, the monk does

Promise to write one night by hand

A book with all the knowledge known.

When the monk knew he'd fail the goal,

He begged the devil's help be shown.

The devil did, took the monk's soul.
