Hearing the line, "Frankly my dear,"

"I don't give a damn," spoke by Rhett

Went back to Tara to appear

Wracked by grief, but still hoping for

Reuniting with Rhett someday.

Each day atop the roof once more,

Scarlett would look 'cross fields away,

Longing to see Rhett riding to

Tara, and back to her return.

Last fateful day, Scarlett did do

Climb to the roof again to yearn.

Hit by a gust, gone with the wind,
