 Difficult Duty

As soon as we were in the car,

And driving on the street downtown,

You started acting quite bizarre,

Cuz you knew what was coming down,

Since we do this 'bout the same time

Once a year, and as you know well,

What is going on now, but I'm

Here for you, and with truth to tell,

It's a trip more for me so that

Hopefully my mind's put at ease

Again that you're a healthy cat.

Please take your claws out of my knees.

You know I have not failed you yet,
