Sense Sonnet - Chiller
Sleepclimbing
And now I lay me down to sleep,
And pray that if tonight I die,
That from above angels shall sweep,
And carry me to heaven high.
And as I slept, I dreamt they came,
The angels taking me away,
Upward, and so must be their aim,
Bound for heaven, as I did pray.
Oh so happy I be with this,
The for sure evidence that I'm
In route to my eternal bliss,
Going on my heavenly climb.
In sleep I climb beyond my reach,
Awake upon the roof, and screech.
