Power of eminent domain,

Politicians and bureaucrats

Use and oft abuse to attain

Goals to benefit their pal fat cats.

Those who lose property this way

Decide to go to court and sue,

But attorneys they'll have to pay.

Fat cats have more money, they do.

The Golden Rule in business deals

Is really not a useful tool.

Making money wins most appeals,

And those who have the most gold rule.

So whether there's justice or not

Depends on by whom it is bought.
