Sense Sonnet - Pumper

 If Inducted!

If there's a poet's Hall of Fame,

Inducted would I want to be?

As a poet I only claim

To writing poems that suit me.

And only sonnets do I write.

Iambic tetrameter is

The count and rhythm that delight

Me minding my sonneting biz.

So as I write this sonnet now,

I consider it a fun task.

If I were inducted somehow,

Written about me I might ask,

"Infamous as a sonneteer,"

"And not as famous as Shakespeare."
