Sense Sonnet - Pumper

 Cornelia Street

I remember the night we went

Someplace on Cornelia Street,

An apartment that you did rent.

I felt lucky that we did meet

And got very drunk in that bar.

Then all the closer we did get,

Some backseat romping in my car.

Yeah, felt very lucky we met,

But next morning I had to leave.

Baby, I know that made you sad.

But you just waste time if you grieve

For something more than what we had.

A real nice one night stand we stood.

But leave my wife, I never would.
