 When I Came Back Down

I know you told me you would yearn

When I'd come back to you someday

That you would wait for my return,

Wish me well while I was away.

I was your angel you let go

To fly into my dreams above.

And when I flew you let me know

You sent with me all of your love.

I knew that you had fears for me,

And yes, your fears for me came true.

My life turned into misery,

And so I came back down to you.

When I came back down, you I found

No longer on but under ground.
