Sense Sonnet - Pumper
Too Young to Know
A tiger and a deer do meet.
Both of them are still so young that
A deer, a tiger hunts to eat,
Both living in wild habitat,
Is not a fact that either know.
These two are simply happy to
Nuzzle one another to show
A desire for a friendship new,
A shared connection 'twixt and 'tween
The two youngsters under the trees,
Presenting an unlikely scene,
As both feel completely at ease.
The deer and tiger will grow old,
And other instincts will take hold.
