Welcome Babes of May of '19 - LP Zoo

New babies do bring joy, they do,
And so there's double joy to be
Here at home in Lincoln Park Zoo,
Each an endangered specie.
An eastern black rhinoceros,
A western lowland gorilla,
Are both causing a happy fuss,
And quite a heartwarming thrilla.
Both the babies are doing well,
Their respective Moms giving care
In the habitats where they dwell,
Ready for futures to share.

The month of May, twenty nineteen,
Two special babies make the scene.
