What does this chameleon do
No matter where I be at,
Here at home in Lincoln Park Zoo,
Peeking out from my habitat?
This lounging lizard does blend so,
In and amongst the greenery,
And seeming to be a no show,
As you intently seek to see.
I do enjoy watching you try
To find me as about you stare,
And your excitement when you spy
Me, and do know that I am there.

When you look for me, yes I might
Be hiding from you in plain sight.
