Heard the strange creatures call me.
Named for some Greek ferryman - why?
Quite weird these creatures seem to be.
Tiz been a century or more
Since these strange creatures were last seen.
Up on the land they are galore.
Grabbed from my house made of protein,
They took me from the ocean deep,
My two inch body referred to
As a blob the creatures would keep,
Just because I exist - I do!

These creatures are called humans and
They - I will never understand.
