We are cichlids and we are fish,
Swimming at the Lincoln Park Zoo.
Our kind are fresh waterish,
And hail from Africa, we do.
Hundreds of species have been found,
And in various shape and size,
With vivid colors to astound.
A bunch of us can hypnotize,
As you will experience when
Your African Journey does wind
To the aquarium we're in.

We are fish meant just for display,
