Sense Sonnet - Tickler

Estate on Paper

Mr. Smith had recently died.
His family was read his will.
His property he did divide
Amongst his family with skill.
The city east side properties,
He left to his daughter to run.
His holdings held on the city's
West side, he did leave to his son.
All the rest went to his widow.
Division of a vast estate,
His life he'd built up - doncha know!
But now passed on, cuz he was late.

Mr. Smith was quite fair, no doubt,
Dividing up his paper route.
