Lie On in Peace

A lioness, I hunt at night,
And like to cat nap during day.
Tiz interrupted when I sight
A human kid right where I lay.
Why is this kid here all alone.
My maternal instincts kick in.
Humans have puny flesh and bone,
But lots of stupid in thin skin.
Maybe if I ignore the kid,
And try hard to get back to sleep,
This nuisance kid will just self rid.
I'll hope for the best. What the "bleep"!

If this human had some more meat,
Maybe I would get up to eat.
