Not an outcome the ranter weighed,
When public outrage does appear.
The rant is protected free speech,
And is a rant said legally,
But public ear the rant did reach,
The ranter is proclaimed guilty.
Since the public is civilized,
No stoning in the public square,
The ranter is just ostracized.
