Sense Sonnet - Pumper

Zebra Zeal - LP Zoo

Living at the Lincoln Park Zoo,
This zebra has the chance to play
In winter wonderland I do,
In lots of snow all night and day.
Out in the snow, I play the game
With the keepers of hide and seek.
Half of me and snow look the same.
Half of me sticks out, so to speak.
The white of snow puts thought in me.
Be I white with black stripes upon,
Or black with white stripes do I be?
Whichever way - good life goes on.

The only sad thing about snow,
There are no black stripes - doncha know!
