Bo and the Veterans

Old veterans from World War II,
For most a last trip to D.C.
Memorial visit to do,
For freedom fighting memory.
But government had shut it down,
Built gates to block the free access.
Such politics of D.C. town,
Using power to make a mess.
I asked the Prez 'bout this disgrace.
He said, "First time I heard this, Bo."
He promised to review the case.
Right after golf, he'd let me know.

Politicians - no bounds to bad.
Use veterans - just doggone sad.
