Josh, no Josh

Josh Welch, a second grader, ate
A pop tart during school snack time.
His nibblings took him to a fate -
To the principal for his crime.
His teacher thought the tart did look
Chewed into the shape of a gun,
A shape the teacher had mistook,
Cuz Josh meant to chew a mountain.
But the system found Josh to be
A danger for what he had chewed.
This Baltimore school took silly
To soaring heights of altitude.

Guilty of feeding the gun craze,
The school suspended Josh 2 days.
