Hillary Clinton, story went,
Drove with Bill to his home town,
Stopped for some gas. There a gent
Pumped. Hil looked him up and down,
Told Bill he looked like a past beau.
Bill laughed and said lucky was Hil,
Could have married him - doncha know!
And lost out on the coattails of Bill.
Hillary did not take too well
Bill's condescending attitude,
More or less told him go to hell,
Along with words that did include,

"He'd have been President. Alas,"
"You would have been stuck pumping gas."
