Sense Sonnet - Steamer

King Barack

And when the emperor was crowned,
He wore the robes of hope and change.
Court jesters praised him all around,
As all his robes did disarrange.
Too soon, the emperor did rule
In nothing but his birthday suit.
The emperor thought he could fool
His subjects in his bare pursuit.
And pretty much he got his way,
Recrowned in robes of forward go.
Court jesters have not much to say.
The jokes on all of us - you know!

The emperor rules with no clothes.
King Barack hopes nobody knows
