Re Bay Ray

Rhinoptera bonasus known
As cow nose rays, they have become
Pests in the Chesapeake Bay zone,
And for the fishermen, troublesome.
The rays are edible and taste
Like tuna, so why not create
An eat fest that could be embraced
To save the Bay from ray pest fate.
How about a cooking contest
On ways and means to barbecue
The cow nose ray, and judged the best
Would get franchised with much ado.
