I'm chewing green with chicle sap
From the sapodilla tree trunk.
Gum without the chemical crap
In Wrigley and Cadbury junk.
The Mayans used to chew the stuff.
I doubt if it had much to do
That they disappeared in a puff,
But left behind this gum to chew.
Au natural is how chewed gum
Should be as conquered by my teeth.
Then to its resting place to come
At my school desk, there underneath.
